Experimenting with negative space-FMP

I wanted to experiment with the idea of removing my children from the scene in some of the photos I shared earlier. I’m really pleased with how they turned out

I took these photos of my children playing in Wollaton Park. I really like the effect created by removing them from the scene. The shadows cast on the wall behind add a sense of depth, which I think works well.

However, I found that the two above didn’t work as well because their sitting positions are hard to understand just from the outline.
I really like how this turned out by placing Eva-Sidoney back in and staggering the cut-out piece. I want to try this technique more to see what else I can create.

I experimented some more by holding them up to change the background in the negative space. I really like how the background became blurred. I also enjoy adding the cut-out piece to the photo because it helps show movement.
