Evaluation- Collection FMP

 Evaluation

I am really pleased with managing to create an immersive viewing experience. There were many things I did not have the skills to do on setting out and I have asked for help and learnt. I feel that I have learnt so much. I can now make an audio track and I would like to use this more in my work. Making the structure of the booth, including measurements is not one of my strengths and I am pleased that I did this.

My problem solving and improvisation skills came forward and I was able to use what I had to hand. I was really pleased with the reaction from the people who used the booth. They understood the message I was wanting to get across and many commented on the inclusivity of the voices used which was something that was important to me. They also commented positively on how it made them feel saying it gave them goose bumps.

If I was going to change anything I would make my space bigger as it would have been darker like the effect in the store cupboard I tested in and create more shadows. Most importantly people would have been able to walk around in it. I also get caught up with creating and so lack time for reflecting in my written work. I need to balance the two more in future.

Over all I am extremely proud of myself for not only finishing my final piece but also being able to ask for help when I needed it and learning skills from them that will benefit me on future projects to come.
